The short version
If it doesn't look like your pet, you get your money back.
14 days, no questions
Within 14 days of purchase, email hello@fetch.pet or use "Request a refund" in your account, and we'll refund in full. You don't need to give a reason.
The likeness promise
Every pet comes with two free regenerations. If after those it still doesn't look like your pet, we'll have a person help fix it for free within the refund window, and if that doesn't work either, we refund you.
If we can't make your pet
If generation fails after you've paid and we can't make a usable pet, you get a full refund.
What happens after a refund
The pet is removed from your Macs the next time they sync: it waves goodbye and walks off-screen.
